Company Policy

The Towel Depot has provided excellent customer service for over 46 years to customers across the planet. In order to better serve our customers in an efficient, timely manner, the following policies are in effect: 

Return/Exchanges:

-Due to the nature of wholesale distribution, The Towel Depot does not offer returns, ONLY exchanges are allowed, Simply call our toll-free customer service number and speak with a representative if any problems with your product occur or to learn more about Exchanging our product. 

-5 Days exchange policy, will be handled as follows: Either you can send the product back at your own shipping expense, plus a 15% warehouse restocking fee, or you can call our toll free number and arrange for a shipping label to be generated for the return from our warehouse, which will be charged to your account, or call us and IF the product is un-used or washed we can email you a shipping label and you can simply ship your product to our customer which will save you money on shipping and save you warehouse restocking fees, once that process is done you can call our Customer Service at 800-585-0314 x 2 and request an exchange product for your dollar amount.

-$20 fees will be deducted for all returns and cancellation orders.

-There are no exchanges on orders of 40 Dozen or more. 

- Exchanges must be in UNUSED/UNOPENED condition. 

-The Towel Depot is not responsible for any products after being washed/handled.

-Customer has 5 Days from date received to contact The Towel Depot regarding exchanges.

- All exchange merchandise must be shipped insured and be prepaid freight.

- Notification of freight claims must be made with two (2) business days after receipt of shipment.

-Shipping charges non-refundable.

-If you need your order on certain date please pay for 2nd day or 3 day air shipping for us to meet your deadline as its not possible for us to offer free shipping on certain product and honor your deadline, guranteed shipping service is availaible at extra cost please call us to make that arrangements (800)-585-0314, all orders shipped w/in 24 to 48hrs after phone verification.

-Please note we are wholesale distributor and work on very low margin as we are offering you factory pricing therefore exchanges/returns and paying shipping expense is something we cannot afford if you are not sure about the quality please ask for a sample and we will be happy to send you one if we have a open box of that same quality towel.

Payment:

-The Towel Depot Inc. reserves the right to delay or cancel shipments based on credit or delinquent payment conditions.

-We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. However, due to unexpected increases in cost our prices are subject to change without notice.

-All sales subject to applicable municipal, state and federal taxes.

-Returned Checks are subject to a $25.00 fee

-Overdue Balances are charged 5.5% per month

- Towel Depot, Inc happily offers Rush Processing for orders placed before 12PM EST, for a small additional fee ($5). Towel Depot, Inc will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same day. If we fail to ship your order on the same day, we will refund the Rush Processing fee. 

Lost Packages/ Insurance:

-The Towel Depot does not offer free insurance, if you need insurance please ask our Sales Rep or call our toll free number and provide them your order to insure your package for $10.

-The Towel Depot is not responsible for any package already shipped. Once the package is shipped and left our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the selected carrier (UPS/FedEx) to deliver the package on time. If the package is lost or stolen from a shipping facility, please notify us immediately. In the event that the package is insured you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs.

Cancellation/ Changes:

-There is no charge to made any changes to your order if its made the same day.

-Cancellations must be made the same day the order is placed there will be 8% charge applied to all order cancellation.

Net 30 days with approved credit; VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express accepted. All other orders shipped prepaid.

100% Cotton Towels and linen towels will shrink approximately 10% on first washing, all other towels such as blended goods or 86% Cotton & 14% Polyester goods have very little shrinkage, Shrinkage is also based on how much drying heat you are giving to the towels and that is the main factor, therefore Towel Depot cannot take any guarantee or responsibility on the shrinkage of the merchandise.

Rush Processing $5

Towel Depot, Inc offers Rush Processing for order placed before 12PM EST for a small additional fee. Towel Depot, Inc will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same day. If we fail to ship your order on the same day, we will refund the Rush Processing fee.
