Shipping Mehthod
We ship via UPS & FedEx Ground or 2nd Day Air for Next Day Air shipments, please call us at 800-585-0314 and request a expedited deleivery, please note Ground packages are not guaranteed and wil take 4-10 Business Days if you need them quicker please call us 800-585-0314 for expedited deleivery.

Rush Processing
Towel Depot, Inc offers Rush Processing for order placed before 12PM EST on Business Days, for a small additional fee. Towel Depot, Inc will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same day. If we fail to ship your order on the same day, we will refund the Rush Processing fee.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
8% sales tax is charged to residents of New York only.

Do you provide insurance ?
Yes, we do provide free insurance to all packages we shipped worth $100 or more, If the package is lost or damage by our shipping company we will reship the package to you with no extra cost to you, you must notify us if you want your package insured.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Ground Orders usually takes about 3-6 business days via UPS Ground, and UPS 2nd Day Air usually takes 3days.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Shipping charges are based on weight of the product ordered, shipping method selected, and destination of the order. You will be able to view your total shipping charge at the time you place your order.

I don't have a credit card, can I still make a purchase?
Yes, no problem. We accept Money Orders,Cashiers Check and Business Checks. $15 processing fees to all COD Orders.

My box was damaged, I think I am missing some Towels?
If you have received a package from UPS & if you think you are missing towels or your box was damage, please kindly notify the UPS Agent at the time of delivery, so they can help you file a claim and help you getting a refund from UPS . The Towel Depot can only fight on your behalf.

What carrier do you use for shipping and what services are available?
We proudly ship via United Postal Service if your product weight over 1,000 lbs (pounds) we will use freight services and find you the cheapest possible freight.

We are a Manufacturer, Importer & Distributor of Textile products. Our factory is located in Karachi/Pakistan owned and operated by The Towel Depot. Our company has expanded greatly since its establishment and with the help of its customers, it continues to be a strong and ever increasing business today.
