Company Policy / Terms & Condition

  • Changes/Cancellations must be made the same day the order is placed.
     

  • Net 30 days with approved credit; VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express accepted. All other orders shipped prepaid.
     

  • Returned check charged $25.00
     
  • Overdue balances charged 5.5% per month.
     

  • The Towel Depot Inc. reserves the right to delay or cancel shipments based on credit or payment conditions.
     

  • We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. However, due to unexpected increases our prices are subject to change without notice.
     

  • All sales subject to applicable municipal, state and federal taxes.
     

  • Towel Depot Offers Free Insurance on Packages cost $100 or more, you just have to ask for the Insurance in the Customer Notes when checking out for the order,otherwise the package will be sent out without any Insurance.
     

  • Towel Depot is not responsible for any Lost Package, Once the package is shipped and left our warehouse its UPS responsibility to deliver the package on time & if the package is lost or stolen from UPS facility it is your Job to notify us, if the Package is insured you will get your full money back.

Return Policy

  • We don't offer returns only exchanges are required, if we accept the merchandise as return it will be according to the following :-

  • We will deduct a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • We will not accept returns on 40 dozens or more.
  • Product has to be in unused condition
  • Customer will be responsible for sending back the product including shipping charges and responsible for inbound and outbound shipping cost.
  • Credit will only be issued if above mentioned terms and conditions are fullfilled.
  • Returns are not allowed on Microfiber Towels,500 Shop Towels & Bulk orders, you must request a sample in order to avoid return request.
  • As our customer you must honor our Terms and Condition. 
  • All items must be exchange in new (unused) condition, and in original packaging. 

  • The Towel Depot, Inc. is not responsible for, and will not accept returns for goods that have been mishandled and/or improperly processed (washed, dried or ironed) in the laundry. 

  • No merchandise is to be returned without Return Authorization (RA) number from The Towel Depot, Inc. Please include your invoice number and the reason for return.  

 

Products that are accepted as returns for Customer Accommodation are subject to a 15% restocking fee for other than a manufacturing defect or error.

 

  • 15% Restocking fees are based on the following :-
    Total Order amount - (MINUS) Shipping  - (MINUS) 15% = Amount you will receive. 
     
  • All return merchandise must be shipped insured, freight prepaid. We are sorry, but collect shipments will be refused.
     
  • Shipping charges are not refundable: this includes any additional charges for shipping exchanged items

    FREIGHT CLAIMS: Notification of freight claims must be made with two (2) working days after receipt of shipment.

    All Towels must be washed prior to use.
