1. CUSTOM ORDER *MANUFACTURING

All custom made & printed products are final sale. We do ship samples prior, Once approved by our customer we then proceed with full and final production, Any defective product plus minus 10% is industry standard, Must be reported within 6 business days of receipt of goods.

2. RETURN / EXCHANGES

At The Towel Depot, as a direct factory wholesaler, we prioritize keeping our prices affordable. However, this means we can only offer limited exchanges on our constantly evolving products. Here’s what you need to know about our exchange policy:

Exchange Window: We provide a narrow window for exchanges – only within 5 days of you receiving the product.
Contact Us: If there’s an issue with your order, don’t hesitate to call our customer service team toll-free at 1-800-585-0314 to discuss your options.
Return Shipping: Any return shipping costs, including insurance, are to be pre-paid by the customer. Furthermore, shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: A 15% warehouse restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Exchange Limit: We restrict exchanges to orders of less than 40 dozen. Also, it’s imperative that any items you wish to exchange are UNUSED and in their UNOPENED original packaging.
Return and Cancellation Fee: A flat fee of $20 is applied to all returns and order cancellations.
Freight Claims: If there’s an issue with your shipment, notify us within two (2) business days upon receiving it.

3. SHIPPING

All shipping charges are non-refundable,

If customer canceled or refuse delivery, Customer is liable to pay shipping charges, inbound & outbound including products that are free shipping.

We work quickly at The Towel Depot.com and orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed. Sometimes, however, we understand that you might need your product faster than our free shipping option can get our products to you.

-Please speak with our customer service experts toll-free at 1-800-585-0314 if you need 2nd day, 3rd day, or guaranteed shipping of your order. They will explain the costs and make the arrangements for your expedited shipping needs.

Towel Depot also offers rush processing for orders placed before 12PM EST, for a small additional fee ($5). We strive to ship those rush items on the same day, but if we fail to do so, we will refund the rush processing fee.

4. PAYMENTS

TOWEL DEPOT, reserves the right to delay or cancel shipments based on credit or delinquent payment conditions.

We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. However, due to unexpected increases in cost, our prices are subject to change without notice.

All sales subject to applicable municipal, state and federal taxes.

All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.

Overdue balances are charged 5.5% per month until settled.

5. INSURANCE / LOST PACKAGE

If you would like insurance placed on your shipments from TOWEL DEPOT, please speak with our customer service experts toll-free at 1-800-585-0314 and ask about our $10 insurance option.

TOWEL DEPOT, is not responsible for any package already shipped. Once the package has left our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the selected carrier (UPS/FedEx) to deliver the package on time. If the package is lost or stolen from a shipping facility, please notify us immediately. In the event that the package is insured, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs.

6. CANCELLATION / CHANGES

We will happily make changes to your order on the same day it is made. Please speak with our customer service experts toll-free at 1-800-585-0314 with any questions.

To help keep our costs low, cancellations are only accepted the same day the order is placed. There is an 8% charge applied to all order cancellations.

Net 30 days with approved credit; VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express accepted. All other orders shipped prepaid.

7. SHRINKAGE

Towel Depot cannot make any guarantee on or take any responsibility for the shrinkage of our merchandise. Please note that 100% cotton towels and linen towels will shrink approximately 10% on first washing.

All other blended towels, such as 86% Cotton/14% Polyester goods, experience very little shrinkage. Shrinkage is generally based on the amount of heat introduced in the drying process, and entirely out of our control.
